Reverse description A tall pastoral crozier is depicted vertically, dividing the reverse field and bisecting the circular legend into upper and lower portions. The crozier is flanked on either side by ornate crosses, each elaborately rendered in the Gothic decorative style characteristic of Lorraine ecclesiastical coinage of the mid-14th century. The overall composition is symmetrical, with the legend distributed around the periphery within a beaded border.
