| 正面描述 | Hammered copper flan of irregular round form bearing a frozen Arabic legend in the name of the Mughal overlord, with the regnal date AH 978 retained as a fixed frozen date throughout the issue. The design comprises multiple horizontal bands of stylised Arabic script across the field, characteristic of the Jadeja dynasty coinage of Nawanagar struck under the suzerainty of Muzaffar Shah III of Gujarat. The legends are crudely rendered in the hammered tradition, with visible double-striking and irregular relief typical of this princely state issue. This coin was struck during the reign of Jam Shri Satalji Vibhaji (1569–1593), with the frozen date serving as a conventional, non-chronological device. |
