In her extended right hand she holds a laurel wreath, while her left hand grasps a stylis (naval standard or rudder-like implement). To the outer left of the field a kerykeion (caduceus) is depicted as a mint control symbol; to the lower left appears the monogram of AP, identifying the Arados mint.
