| Reverse description | Central field bearing the mint name and regnal year inscribed in Arabic script within a geometric interlaced border, consistent with the standard reverse type of Moulay Sulayman dirham coinage. The date AH 1218 appears in the lower portion of the inscription field. The script is angular and compressed, typical of the hammered technique employed at the Rabat al-Fath mint during this period. The irregular flan edges reflect the hand-struck production method standard for Moroccan hammered coinage of this era. |
