Reverse description The reverse presents a multi-line Arabic legend arranged in horizontal registers across the central field, reading the name Shawur in reference to the ruler's lineage. The inscription is framed by rows of raised pellets above and below, forming a simple decorative border. The lettering is rendered in a bold, angular hand consistent with hammered provincial coinage of the Caucasian Armenian emirate tradition. The flan is irregular and shows areas of encrustation and green cuprous patina. No additional symbols or mint marks are discernible.
