Obverse description The obverse field is entirely occupied by a multi-line Arabic legend in angular, Kufic-influenced script, arranged in horizontal registers across the flan. The inscription reads 'Sultan Muhammad Khan Supreme,' presented in a bold, deeply struck epigraphic style characteristic of late Golden Horde coinage. No figural devices or decorative borders are present, the text itself constituting the sole design element. The striking is slightly off-center on the irregular flan, and surface wear has softened some letterforms at the periphery. The overall composition reflects the austere, calligraphic tradition of Islamic numismatics of the early 15th century.
