Reverse description Central field filled with a multi-line Arabic legend in cursive script, arranged in stacked horizontal lines and occupying the greater part of the irregular flan. The inscription records the mint name and Hijri date in the characteristic formulaic style of Golden Horde coinage. Pellet ornaments punctuate the composition, separating lines of text. Strike is typical of late 14th-century hammered Jochid dirhams, with slight weakness at the flan edges.
