| Beschrijving voorzijde | Central field bears a multi-line Arabic legend in bold naskh script proclaiming the royal titulature of the khan. A decorative rectangular cartouche or tamgha device appears in the upper portion of the field, flanked by ornamental elements characteristic of Golden Horde coinage. The inscription fills the flan in the typical horizontal-line format of mid-14th century Jochid dirhams, with the legend reading 'Sultan Mahmud Jani Beg Khan'.
