Reverse description The reverse likewise presents a multi-line Arabic field legend in raised relief, occupying the entirety of the irregular flan with no encircling border. The inscription records the mint name and Hijri regnal date, affirming the coin's production at the New Saray mint in AH 759. The letterforms, rendered in a bold Naskh hand consistent with the obverse, show characteristic flat striking on an uneven planchet, with some areas of weak strike at the margins. The overall dispositon of the legend follows the standard Jochid reverse type, with the mint and date arranged in horizontal registers across the field.
