Reverse description The reverse displays a multi-line Arabic field legend arranged in horizontal registers across the coin's slightly convex flan. The inscription records the mint name Gulistan, the denomination Maqrus (dirham), and the Hijri year 776, conforming to the standard typology of late Golden Horde silver coinage. The script is cursive Naskh, somewhat weakly struck in areas due to the irregular thickness of the flan, and the surface exhibits a patina of brown and green tones typical of excavated Jochid silver.
