| Beschrijving voorzijde | Epigraphic field bearing multiple horizontal lines of Kufic Arabic script arranged across the flan, characteristic of Taifa-period Andalusian silver coinage. The legends occupy the central field in angular Kufic characters without figural imagery, consistent with Islamic aniconic tradition. The inscription declares the Shahada and includes reference to the Zirid ruler. The flan is irregular and slightly clipped at the edges, typical of hammered silver production of the period. Flan surface shows natural toning and minor granularity. |
