| Obverse description | Central field bearing a multi-line Arabic legend in Naskh script, reading 'al-sultan al-malik al-Mansur', the regnal title of al-Muzaffar Hajji II. The inscription is crudely struck on an irregular flan, characteristic of late Mamluk provincial copper coinage. The legend is arranged in horizontal lines filling the central field, with partial traces of a border. Surface shows typical green patination consistent with copper alloy. |
