Obverse description Central field contains multiple horizontal lines of Arabic Kufic inscription arranged in three registers, enclosed within a single inner circle. A secondary legend in Arabic script occupies an annular band between the inner circle and an outer beaded border. The outer margin bears an additional circular Arabic legend running along the full circumference. The overall design follows the standard Abbasid epigraphic dirham format, with no figural imagery, relying entirely on calligraphic religious and administrative texts.
