| 表面の説明 | Central field contains four horizontal lines of Arabic Kufic script arranged concentrically within a double linear circle, presenting the Shahada and mint/date formula. The innermost legend reads the declaration of faith ('La ilaha illa Allah, wahdahu la sharika lah'), followed by the Bismillah and the coin's mint and date of striking. The outer marginal legend, running around the inner circle border, contains the Quranic verse from Surat al-Tawba (9:33). The overall design follows the classic aniconic Abbasid dirham format, with all inscriptions rendered in angular Kufic script against a plain silver field. |
