| Obverse description | Forepart of a griffin facing left in high relief, with prominent swept-back wings, open beak, and raised forepaw rendered in the archaic Lycian style. The creature's plumage is indicated by incised feather lines along the wing surfaces. The design occupies the full flan within an irregular rounded border, characteristic of early Lycian hammered silver coinage. |

| Reverse description | Incuse square divided into quadrants containing a triskeles or swastika-like rotating pattern, struck in deep relief within a square incuse punch. The geometric design is framed by a square border with a finely striated inner edge, a technique typical of Lycian dynastic silver coinage of the fifth century BC. Lycian letters appear in the field, associated with the dynast Kuprilli. |
