The encircling Greek legend reads ΑΥΤ ΚΑΙΣΑΡ ΔΟΜΙΤΙΑΝΟΣ ΣΕΒ ΓΕΡΜ, identifying the emperor as Augustus Germanicus. The flan is slightly irregular, as is typical of Alexandrian bronze issues of this period. |
