| Obverse description | Forepart of Pegasus, the winged horse of Greek mythology, depicted in left-facing profile with wings prominently spread and rendered in fine relief with detailed feathering. The creature's forelegs are raised in a prancing posture, with careful attention given to the musculature of the body and the scalloped texture of the coat. The composition fills the flan, characteristic of the archaic style of Lampsakos coinage from this period. No legend or inscription is present in the field. |

| Reverse description | Quadripartite incuse square divided by raised linear ridges into four recessed compartments of alternating depth, creating a windmill or mill-sail pattern typical of early Archaic Greek coinage technique. The incuse is deeply struck and irregular at the edges, consistent with the hand-hammered production method of the early fifth century BC. No inscription or subsidiary device appears within the incuse. The rough, granular texture of the silver is visible across the reverse field. |
