背面描述	Central field features a rampant lion to the left, rendered in the bold, schematic Gothic style characteristic of medieval Leonese heraldry, enclosed within a beaded inner circle. The lion is depicted with a raised forepaw and open mouth, representing the traditional arms of the Kingdom of Leon. The surrounding circular Latin legend IOHANES REX LEGION runs along the outer periphery of the coin. The irregular flan and flat striking are consistent with hammered billon coinage of the reign of Juan II.

附加信息	Juan II inherited the Castilian throne at age two in 1406, and the nearly five decades of his reign were marked less by royal authority than by the dominance of his favorite, Álvaro de Luna, who effectively governed Castile until his execution in 1453. The Toledo mint was one of the most active under Juan II, producing vast quantities of billon coinage to meet demand as the crown chronically struggled to fund factional warfare and noble rebellions. Debasement was persistent — the billon content of dineros declined measurably across the reign.
