| Obverse description | Central design featuring three crosses arranged within the field, the principal cross prominently placed at center with two smaller crosses flanking it. The composition is enclosed within a beaded inner circle, with the royal legend disposed around the periphery. The crude, hand-struck style is characteristic of Iberian billon coinage of the Reconquista period. Pellets and small ornamental devices fill the interstices between the crosses. |
