Descrizione del dritto	Enthroned frontal effigy of Stefan Uroš V, seated facing, robed in royal vestments, holding a cross-tipped scepter in his right hand. The figure is rendered in the Byzantine-influenced medieval Serbian style typical of 14th-century coinage. Partial Cyrillic legend appears in the field to either side of the enthroned ruler. The beaded inner border frames the entire design.

Descrizione del rovescio	A decorated great helm facing right, adorned with three feathers or plumes rising from the crest and elaborate lateral ornamentation, with a small stylized flower motif set within the larger decorative surround. The helmet device is characteristic of Western heraldic influence on Serbian medieval coinage. A Latin legend surrounds the central device within a beaded border, identifying the ruler as emperor.
