| Reverse description | Standing frontal figure of Christ, nimbed and robed, raising his right hand in a gesture of benediction while holding the Gospels in his left hand. The image follows the Byzantine Pantocrator iconographic tradition commonly employed on medieval Serbian coinage. Abbreviated Latin lettering appears in the field to either side of the figure. The strike is characteristic of hammered medieval production, with the design occupying most of the irregular flan. |
