Obverse description Central field dominated by a bold Arabic inscription arranged within a cruciform or square cartouche, typical of Jalayirid coinage, with the legend occupying the four quadrants of the design. The script is executed in a confident naskh hand, with decorative dot embellishments separating the text panels. Surrounding marginal legends in Arabic script run along the periphery of the flan, partially weak due to the irregular hammered planchet. The overall layout reflects the epigraphic tradition of Ilkhanid-derived coinage continued under the Jalayirid sultans. The field surface is flat with no figural imagery, consistent with Islamic numismatic convention.
