| Obverse description | Central field occupied by a multi-line Arabic legend in angular Kufic-influenced script, arranged in horizontal registers within a decorative cartouche. The shahada or royal titulature is presented in bold raised lettering typical of Chagatai Khanate coinage. A partial circular border featuring a row of pellets is visible along the lower rim, framing the inscription. The flan is irregular and slightly ragged at the edges, characteristic of hammered medieval Islamic coinage. The overall design is purely epigraphic with no figurative elements. |
