Reverse description Aniconic field bearing a four-line central inscription in raised Kufic script invoking Allah, citing the Prophet Muhammad as His messenger, naming the Abbasid caliph al-Muqtadir billah, and naming the Samanid amir Nasr ibn Ahmad as issuing authority. A circular inner legend band and an outer marginal legend carry the Quranic verse of proclamation (Quran 9:33), all rendered in bold, well-formed Kufic characters within a raised linear border. The reverse follows the standard Abbasid-Samanid epigraphic dinar format with no figurative imagery.
