| Beschrijving voorzijde | Draped bust of Narseh facing right, depicted with a full beard rendered in tight curls, wearing an elaborate tiered crown composed of arcaded elements surmounted by a prominent korymbos (hair globe) encased in a fabric covering. Pearl-beaded diadem ties are visible at the nape. A Middle Persian legend in Pahlavi script runs along the right field. The portrait exhibits the characteristic late Sasanian royal iconographic style with finely chased drapery at the shoulder. |

| Beschrijving keerzijde | Fire altar with stepped base and central flame, flanked on either side by two standing royal attendants facing inward. The attendant to the left wears a crown surmounted by a korymbos, while the attendant to the right wears a mural crown. Long ribbons or fillets extend from the altar. The composition is rendered in the standard Sasanian votive style, with the sacred fire as the focal devotional element. A Pahlavi legend appears in the reverse field. |
