| Obverse description | Stylized effigy of the goddess Lakshmi seated facing in the round, depicted in a highly schematic Indo-Islamic hammered style derived from earlier Pratihara-period coinage. The figure is shown frontally with outstretched arms, flanked by large pellets representing lotus flowers or auspicious symbols, with a prominent central pellet cluster at the chest. The goddess's face, rendered in high relief, is encircled by a beaded or scrolled nimbus, and the entire design is framed by a border of large raised pellets around the coin's periphery. |

| Reverse description | The field is occupied entirely by a bold three-line Nagari legend arranged horizontally across the flan, reading 'sri maha / mad bini / sam', a transliteration of the ruler's name and titles in the Devanagari script tradition. The highly angular, square-form lettering is characteristic of the late 12th- to early 13th-century Ghurid adaptation of north Indian epigraphic conventions. The inscription fills the field with no additional decorative elements, and the coin's irregular flan edge is visible around the legend. |
