Obverse description Bust of the ruler facing right in the upper field, depicted wearing a crescent-topped headdress with ribbons, rendered in a schematic but recognizable Indo-Sasanian style derived from Kushan prototypes. The figure is shown from the shoulders upward, with facial features summarily indicated. Below the bust, a standing or enthroned deity is represented in the central field, surrounded by a dense arrangement of Brahmi legends and decorative dot clusters distributed throughout the field. The overall design is highly stylized, reflecting the progressive debasement and schematization characteristic of late Kidarite posthumous issues.
