Reverse description Central field bearing a multi-line Arabic legend in Naskh script, set within a circular border, with a marginal inscription running along the inner periphery of the flan. The reverse legend records the name and titles of the ruling sultan, 'Ala al-Din Muhammad, alongside Abbasid Caliph recognition formulae, consistent with standard Khwarazmian dinar typology. The hammered flan shows characteristic surface irregularity and slight weakness at the margins, as expected of a small-flan issue struck in the early 13th century.
