| Obverse description | Central square field containing multiple lines of Arabic religious and dynastic inscriptions in raised relief, including the Shahada and references to the Saadian ruler. The square is framed by a plain linear border, beyond which a marginal band carries additional Arabic legends encircling the entire design. The outer rim is defined by a fine beaded border. Decorative rosette motifs appear as word separators within the central field. The overall execution is characteristic of late Saadian hammered gold coinage. |

| Reverse description | Central square field bearing multiple lines of Arabic inscriptions in bold raised relief, recording the ruler's name and titles as well as the mint name Marrakesh and the regnal date. A linear square frame encloses the inscribed field, surrounded by a marginal band with additional Arabic legends. The coin is bounded by a beaded outer border consistent with Saadian hammered gold dinar typology. Small decorative ornaments serve as line separators within the central panel. |
