Reverse description A horse standing to the right in a composed, static pose, with its head lowered toward a leafy branch or ear of grain in the lower left field. The animal is depicted in profile with careful anatomical rendering typical of Pontic Greek coinage of the 4th century BC. Below the horse, in the exergue, appears the abbreviated civic legend ПАНTI in Greek characters. The design is set within an irregular hammered flan with no additional decorative border.
