| Beschrijving keerzijde | A rose in full bloom occupies the central field, with a budding rose to the right, serving as the civic emblem of Rhodes. The magistrate's name ΕΡΑΣΙΚΛΗΣ (Herasikles) is inscribed above the rose. The letters Ρ and Ο appear on either side of the stem, forming a partial abbreviation of ΡΟΔΙΩΝ. A Corinthian helmet is depicted in the left field as a secondary symbol. The overall composition follows the standard Rhodian reverse type for didrachms of this period. |
