| Description du revers | A large, finely detailed laurel wreath occupies the entirety of the reverse field, its branches tied at the base with a ribbon and bearing prominent berries at the apex. Within the wreath, the ethnic legend ΙΗΤΩΝ is boldly inscribed in large Greek letters across the center of the field, denoting the civic authority of the Iians. The wreath is rendered with careful attention to the overlapping leaves, conveying depth and naturalism consistent with late Classical to early Hellenistic die-cutting. The flan edges are irregular, typical of hand-struck island coinage of this period. |
