Reverse description Helmeted head of Athena facing right in high relief, wearing a crested Attic helmet decorated on the bowl with a Pegasos figure on the brow-guard. The goddess is further adorned with a disc-shaped earring and a beaded necklace, lending the portrait an elaborate, decorative quality typical of Lesbian coinage of this period. The entire design is set within a dotted square border, itself contained within a broad incuse square produced by the hammerwork of the reverse punch.
