Beschrijving voorzijde Head of the youthful river-god Hipparis rendered in three-quarter face to the left, with two small horns projecting from the forehead and flowing hair in long loose curls; a fish descends vertically on each side of the head. The engraver's signature EYAI appears on the neck truncation. The entire design is enclosed within a border of stylised waves, emphasising the aquatic character of the deity.

Beschrijving keerzijde The nymph Camarina, eponymous deity of the city, depicted in left-facing profile, seated upon a swan in left flight over a band of curved waves. She wears a low-necked chiton that leaves the upper breast exposed, with her legs crossed beneath her; her left hand clasps the swan's neck while her billowing drapery is caught by the raised right hand. A fish swims amid waves in the right field, and the ethnic legend KAMARINA is disposed around the design.
