背面描述 Central heart-shaped device depicted in relief, with radiating lines or waves emanating symmetrically outward from the central motif, filling the square flan. The composition is stylized and decorative, consistent with the artistic conventions of late Indo-Greek bronze coinage. A Kharosthi legend is present in the reverse field.

附加信息

Strato I ruled the eastern remnants of the Greco-Baktrian kingdom at a moment when the western territories had already fallen to the Sakas and Parthians. His coinage concentrated authority in the Indo-Greek regions of Gandhara and the Paropamisadae, and the bilingual Greek-Kharoshthi format on his bronzes reflects a deliberate administrative accommodation of local populations rather than any dilution of Hellenic identity.

The dichalkon denomination served everyday transactional needs in markets where silver drachms were too valuable for small exchange. Bopearachchi's sequencing of Strato I's bronze issues remains contested, with some scholars attributing a portion of this type to a co-regency with his mother Agathokleia.
