| Obverse description | Laureate head of Apollo facing right, rendered in the Hellenistic style with thick, voluminous curls framing the face and cascading to the neck. The effigy displays fine facial features with a pronounced brow and strong profile characteristic of late Macedonian civic bronze coinage. No legend appears in the field, the design occupying the full flan with a broad, unadorned border. |

| Reverse description | A lit torch set vertically at centre, flanked on either side by a racing torch or similar cult implement, all enclosed within an olive or laurel wreath border that frames the entire reverse field. The ethnic legend AMΦIΠOΛITΩN is distributed around the devices within or along the inner wreath border, identifying the issuing city of Amphipolis. The composition is characteristic of the civic bronze coinage of Amphipolis during the Macedonian period, with bold, slightly crude relief typical of hammered municipal issues. |
