Reverse description Standing figure of Zeus Nikephoros depicted in full length, facing left, draped in a himation and holding a Nike (winged Victory) in his outstretched right hand and a sceptre in his left. The composition reflects the standard Seleucid reverse type associated with royal divine authority. A Greek legend runs vertically in two columns flanking the central figure. The overall die work is consistent with the abbreviated style found on minor bronze denominations of Alexander I Balas.
