Obverse description Star or radiate pattern occupying the entire field, rendered as a multi-rayed design with rays extending from a central point toward the coin's periphery. The execution is characteristic of the late Hellenistic hammered coinage of Pantikapaion, with the rays boldly incuse into the flan. The surface bears a green patina consistent with prolonged burial, and the irregular flan shape is typical of this provincial bronze series.
