Obverse description Radiate, draped, and cuirassed bust of Emperor Trajan Decius facing right, viewed from behind, with the radiate crown rendered in bold relief atop the imperial portrait. The emperor's paludamentum is visible at the shoulder, and the cuirass is indicated at the lower truncation. The circular Greek legend surrounds the bust within the coin's field, distributed along the rim.
