Obverse description Frontal bust of Duke Vladislaus I within a beaded inner circle, depicted crowned with a stylized crown bearing three points, holding a sceptre or lance in his right hand and a shield or orb in his left. The figure is rendered in the Romanesque manner typical of Bohemian bracteate-influenced deniers, with a rigid, hieratic posture. A partial Latin legend runs along the outer border within the beaded circle.
