A partial circular legend appears around the lion, reading partially as 'OTOCA' or similar, though the striking is irregular and the full inscription may be incomplete or partially off-flan. The lion's mane and musculature are rendered with characteristic medieval stylization. The field is unadorned, with the design filling the available flan. This heraldic lion device is closely associated with the Premyslid margraves of Moravia. |
