| Obverse description | Eagle displayed with spread wings occupying the upper portion of the field, rendered in a bold Romanesque style. Beneath the eagle, a facing human mask or stylized head is depicted in low relief, centrally placed. Flanking the eagle are two tower-like architectural elements, one on each side. The coin has no surrounding legend. The design is contained within an irregular flan with a plain border. |

| Reverse description | A mounted knight or margrave shown in profile to the right, depicted on horseback in a dynamic pose typical of Bohemian-Moravian medieval coinage. The rider appears armed and the horse is shown in a trotting stance. The design is executed in the Romanesque hammered tradition with bold, stylized relief. A second smaller figure or head appears to the left of the horse. No surrounding legend is present; the design fills the irregular flan. |
