Obverse description Central field depicts a stylized scene with two standing figures facing one another, the larger figure appearing to be a crowned or mitred ecclesiastic in frontal stance with arms raised in a gesture of blessing or presentation, accompanied by a smaller figure to the left. A decorative serpentine or dragon-like border curves around the lower portion of the scene, forming an arc beneath the figures. The composition is rendered in the crude but expressive Romanesque hammered style typical of early Bohemian deniers. A Latin legend in degraded characters surrounds the design within the coin's irregular border.

Reverse description Central field features a crowned warrior figure in frontal stance, holding an upright sword in the right hand and a large round shield in the left, rendered in the Romanesque style characteristic of Přemyslid coinage of the early 12th century. The effigy is contained within a beaded inner circle. A Latin legend in debased characters surrounds the warrior figure, reading partially as WLAD or similar, consistent with ducal titulature inscriptions found on Bohemian deniers of this period. The overall execution is bold and schematic, typical of hammered coinage of the era.
