Obverse description Central field depicts a stylized frontal figure, likely a bishop or duke, rendered in the primitive Romanesque manner characteristic of Bohemian deniers of the late 11th century. Two smaller figures or busts flank the central motif, their forms rendered schematically in low relief. The legend SVA-TOPOLK, referencing the issuing prince Svatopluk of Olomouc, is distributed around the periphery of the irregularly shaped flan. The die work is bold but crude, consistent with provincial hammered coinage of the period. The overall composition fills the flan with minimal empty field.

Reverse description Central device depicts a stylized helmeted or mitred head in facing orientation, enclosed within a beaded inner circle, a hallmark of Bohemian and Moravian deniers of the Přemyslid era. A small cross appears above the beaded circle at twelve o'clock, with additional schematic figures or hands visible in the surrounding field. The legend OLOMVC, denoting the mint city of Olomouc, runs around the outer periphery in fragmented Latin lettering. The relief is bold and the design is characteristic of the primitive Romanesque die-cutting tradition of Moravia. The hammered flan is irregular in shape, as is typical for coins of this period and denomination.
