| Beschrijving voorzijde | Hammered silver denier struck on an irregular flan. The central design features a long cross extending to the inner beaded circle, dividing the field into four quarters, each containing a small lozenge or wedge-shaped pellet ornament. The cross is surmounted by a small crosslet finial at its apex. Surrounding the inner beaded circle is the retrograde circular Latin legend reading +STEPHANVS·REX (King Stephen), with individual letters crudely rendered in the hammered style typical of early medieval Hungarian coinage. The entire design is enclosed by an outer beaded border. |

| Beschrijving keerzijde | Reverse design mirrors the obverse in structure, featuring a long cross with a small crosslet at its head, dividing the field into four quarters each containing a lozenge or wedge-shaped ornament, enclosed within an inner beaded circle. The surrounding circular Latin legend reads +REGIA CIVITAS (Royal City, referring to Székesfehérvár), rendered in the crude, sometimes retrograde lettering characteristic of early Hungarian hammered coinage. Numerous die varieties are recorded, including retrograde legends, misspellings, and letter inversions. The entire composition is bounded by an outer beaded border. |
