| Beschrijving voorzijde | Central plain cross extending to the inner border, dividing the field into four quarters. The legend, reading + RAIMVNDVS, is struck in Latin characters along the periphery, enclosed within a beaded inner circle. The flan is irregular and slightly convex, characteristic of medieval hammered coinage. The die-work is bold but somewhat crude, consistent with feudal provincial minting practice of the 12th to 13th century. |
