Popis rubu	The reverse presents the mint signature of Chalon in large, prominent capital letters filling the central field, reading CAVI — a contracted Latin form of Cabillonum (Chalon-sur-Saône). The three letters C, A, and V are rendered in bold relief in the early Carolingian epigraphic style, with a decorative pellet visible above the A and additional pellets punctuating the field. A horizontal bar element appears above the legend at the top of the field, mirroring the obverse layout. The irregular flan edge is bounded by a beaded or granular border typical of Frankish hammered deniers of this period.
