正面描述 Facing crowned royal head rendered in low relief at center, enclosed within a raised inner circle, with small pellets flanking the crown on either side. The facial features are stylized in the Romanesque-Gothic transitional manner typical of mid-13th century Bohemian-Moravian coinage. The surrounding field is plain, and the entire design is contained within a beaded outer border. No legend is present.

附加信息

Ottokar II ruled Moravia before ascending to the Bohemian throne in 1253, and his long administration of the margraviate coincided with aggressive territorial expansion that eventually made him the most powerful ruler in Central Europe — controlling at various points Austria, Styria, Carinthia, and Carniola. Coins struck under his authority in Moravia reflect a period of genuine administrative consolidation rather than mere ceremonial production.

Cach 905 is among the more frequently documented types from his Moravian issues, though the broad 1247–1278 span assigned to this series makes precise die-period attribution difficult without direct comparison against documented hoards.
