| Obverse description | Central field depicts a standing human figure rendered in a schematic, stylized manner characteristic of late medieval Brandenburg bracteate coinage. The figure appears frontally, with arms extended outward and legs slightly apart, occupying the majority of the flat flan. No surrounding legend is present; the design fills the unbordered field against a plain, slightly concave surface. The strike is typical of hammered silver pfennig production, with shallow but legible relief. The irregular flan edge is consistent with hand-cut planchets of the period. |
