Additional information

Otto I ruled Olomouc as an appanage principality under the Přemyslid system, which divided Bohemia's territories among male dynastic members rather than passing them intact to a single heir. His coinage reflects the broader fragmentation of minting authority across Moravia during the third quarter of the eleventh century, when regional Přemyslid lords struck their own deniers with increasing independence from Prague.

Cach 372 is among the scarcer attributed Olomouc types of his reign.
